SUP 101 — Beginner, Flat Water

Learn the fundamentals of stand up paddling on flat water with an expert instructor. All gear included. The place to start if you have never been on a paddleboard.

Beginner sessions run on flat water at Agua Hedionda Lagoon or Mission Bay; surf sessions run in North County and we text the meeting point the day before. Bring a swimsuit, towel, water and sunscreen — we bring everything else.

Reschedules are free with 24 hours' notice, and if conditions turn unsafe we move the session and never charge you for weather.
