SUP 201 — Beginner, Ocean

Take it out into the surf. You'll learn to paddle through and beyond the waves, read the sets, and get comfortable in moving water. All gear included.

Beginner sessions run on flat water at Agua Hedionda Lagoon or Mission Bay; surf sessions run in North County and we text the meeting point the day before. Bring a swimsuit, towel, water and sunscreen — we bring everything else.

Reschedules are free with 24 hours' notice, and if conditions turn unsafe we move the session and never charge you for weather.
